Radiator common problems and solutions

1. The radiator has water sound:

Mainly concentrated on the installation method of the up and down, because the gas inside the radiator can not be discharged.

The solution is to close the radiator water supply valve, open the discharge valve, discharge the internal gas of the radiator, close the exhaust valve, and open the water supply valve. If it cannot be ruled out, the system should be checked whether the flow rate is too low or the system circulating water contains too much gas.

2, the radiator vibration:

Check if the radiator hanger is loose. If the pendant is not loose, check if there is a source on the system to cause the radiator to resonate.

3. The main part of the radiator is not hot:

Mainly concentrated on the installation method of the lower and lower exits, because the gas inside the radiator cannot be discharged.

The solution is to open the exhaust valve and exhaust the internal gas of the radiator. Or check if the system is too small or the flow is too low.

4, the radiator is not hot overall:

The installation method of the lower and lower outlets is to check whether the upper and lower positions of the diverter valve are reversed when the radiator is installed; the installation method of the upper and lower outlets is to check whether the flow valve is not opened when the radiator is installed. Or is there a problem with the system?
